Optimization (v3)

The algorithms for working with the cache of rowset and the temp file were improved.

Added the new properties to initialize and rowset:

Ā Firebird 2.5 has a new charset — GB18030. We have added it into the list of supported charsets and included it into our automatic testing system.

The new compiler from Visual Studio 2008 SP1 is now used for IBProvider set up, VS2005 SP1 compiler was used earlier.
