LCPI.IBProvider.3

Postby brian118 » 08 Mar 2010, 22:05

Hi

I'm using Interbase v3 RC4 in SSIS 2008 to connect to Interbase. I've set up the connection however I'm getting this error on running the package! Any idea why?

[Connection manager "ELVIS.SYSDBA"] Error: SSIS Error Code DTS_E_OLEDBERROR. An OLE DB error has occurred. Error code: 0x800700C1.
An OLE DB record is available. Source: "LCPI.IBProvider.3" Hresult: 0x800700C1 Description: "[dbobj] Loading the dynamic library "gds32.dll".
%1 is not a valid Win32 application.
Win32 Error:C1".

Also, am I using the correct Provider. If not I posted in another group the error I'm getting on registering v1 and v2...

Regards
Brian

Because you should use x64 client to Interbase. Interbase not has own x64 client. But you can try work through x64 client for firebird - fbclient.dll
