IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY: Make sure you carefully read and understand all the rights and restrictions described in this end-user license agreement ("AGREEMENT")

IBProvider is shareware. It means:

1. All copyrights to IBProvider ("SOFTWARE") are exclusively owned by the author - the IBProvider Company ("AUTHOR"). The Software is licensed, not sold.
2. Anyone may use the SOFTWARE during the test period of up to 30 days. If you want to continue using the SOFTWARE, you MUST purchase it, otherwise you must remove the SOFTWARE files and all their copies from your storage devices and stop using the SOFTWARE.
3. After the purchase, the latest SOFTWARE release with no time limitations or feature restrictions will be delivered to you. You will receive free SOFTWARE updates within one year from the day of the purchase.
4. Single developer license:
   Grants a license to use the SOFTWARE by a single developer. You may install the SOFTWARE on more than one computer as long as the SOFTWARE is used solely by the licensed developer. You must purchase a separate license for each individual developer.
   
   Site license:
   Grants a license to use the SOFTWARE by the unlimited number of developers in a single physical location (building) within an organization.
   
   Enterprise license:
   Grants a license to use the SOFTWARE by the unlimited number of developers within a single organization all around the world.
   
   
5. You may not use the SOFTWARE to develop products that compete with any of our products. If you are not sure whether your product is a competitor to our products, contact us immediately to clarify the issue. Your application may not provide the same functionality as the SOFTWARE.
6. You may not distribute the installation package of the SOFTWARE. You may only distribute the run-time components of the SOFTWARE (dll files, the client library, script files, include directories) as an integral part of your application.
   Run-time components of the SOFTWARE may only be distributed with and for the sole purpose of executing the application programs permitted by this AGREEMENT that you have created using the SOFTWARE.
7. When you deploy your application, your customer is not permitted to use the SOFTWARE independently of your application and you may not grant redistribution rights for the SOFTWARE to your end-users.
8. If the SOFTWARE you have obtained is marked as "TRIAL", "EVALUATION" or "FREE", you may freely distribute it (except the cases stipulated below) in the same form in which it is delivered. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the SOFTWARE without written permission from the copyright holder.
9. To purchase the SOFTWARE, you must complete the registration form at http://www.ibprovider.com and send it with the registration fee.
10. The SOFTWARE is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. The author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profit or any other kind of loss resulting from the use or misuse of this SOFTWARE.
11. You may not emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program. Any such unauthorized use shall result in the immediate and automatic termination of this license agreement and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
12. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by the AUTHOR.
13. Installing and using the SOFTWARE signifies the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the license agreement.
14. If you do not agree with the terms of this license agreement, you must remove the SOFTWARE files and all their copies from your storage devices and stop using the product.
