InterBase OLE DB Provider "IBProvider" ("IBProvider")

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: Be Sure To Carefully Read And Understand All The Rights And Restrictions Described In This End-User license Agreement ("Agreement")

The IBProvider is shareware. It means:

1. All copyrights to IBProvider are exclusively owned by the author - Lipetsk Center of Legal Informatization.
2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days. If you want to go on using IBProvider, you MUST register, in other case, you must remove IBProvider files and all copies of the same from your storage devices and stop using the product.
3. Registered user receives the latest unlimited IBProvider release. He receives also other IBProvider releases free of charge during a year from the date of registration.
4. A CORPORATE license. USER purchases the license authorizing the USE of IBProvider on an unlimited number of computers of HIS COMPANY, or on those computers which are under HIS (Individual) direct ownership and control without time constraints. USER can use IBProvider as a part of HIS commercial software for InterBase without any time restrictions. Customers of USER's software get the right for the usage of IBProvider ONLY as a part of HIS own software without time constraints and USER is NOT allowed to resell the IBProvider as a stand-alone product.
      Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use IBProvider on as many computers as defined by the licensing terms above according to the number of licenses purchased, for any legal purpose. The registered IBProvider software may not be rented, leased or transferred to a third person.
5. The IBProvider unregistered shareware version may be free distributed (except cases stipulated below) in the kind in which it is delivered. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of IBProvider without written permission from the copyright holder.
6. To register you must complete the registration form on site "http://www.ibprovider.com" and send it with registration fee.
7. IBProvider IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
8. You may not copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
9. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Lipetsk Center of Legal Informatization.
10. Installing and using IBProvider signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
11. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove IBProvider files and all copies of the same from your storage devices and stop using the product.
