Release of IBProvider v3.39. Service update. Visual Studio 2017 support
List of changes
1. Added binaries compiled in Visual Studio 2017:
- Signature of files: vc15.
- Runtime version: 14.10.25008.0.
- Assemblies are tested in Windows 10.
- Windows XP is not supported.
2. Fixed bug in SRP-authentication (FB3, connection type — fb.direct):
- The previous elimination of problems in mp_div (libtommath) was not correct.
- The new patch was tested by a load test (connect/disconnect).
3. Improved error handling.
