Implemented filling the CARDINALITY column in the TABLES_INFO, INDEXES metadata schemas. The value of this column allows you to estimate the number of records in the table/index.

General changes
Visual Studio CRT (2019/vc16) installed by installers has been updated to version 14.28.29334.0.
Please note that this VS CRT is not compatible with Windows XP. If you continue to use XP, you can disable the VS CRT installation and install its previous version 14.24.28127.4 yourself.
